| How does BigFatWallet work? |
| When a user makes a purchase using our merchant links, the userid is already embedded in the URL. We track all of these purchases with our merchants to ensure you have carried out the necessary actions to qualify for the cashback. The merchants pay us accordingly and we then pay you your cashback. |
| Do I need any software or anything special? |
| No you do not need any special software. You do however need to ensure you delete your cookies prior to shopping with us. This is beacuase your purchases are tracked using cookies. |
| How do I delete my cookies? |
| In Internet Explorer, select Tools and then Internet Options. On the General tab, under Browsing History click the Delete button. A form should pop up asking you what you want to delete. Select Delete Cookies and when prompted click Yes. For other browsers / versions of Internet Explorer we suggest you check google. |
| How often do you track any purchases? |
| We will check all purchases with our affiliates on a daily basis and update all member accounts accordingly. |
| Why does one of my purchases show as Pending? |
| Pending transactions are set to allow us time to verify your purchase with the merchant. This is to take into account a number of occurences; rebates due to returns that may be carried out between purchase and the merchants returns policy, fraudulent purcahse activity, false purchase activity and purchases made with stolen payment details. Pending payments can remain pending for upto 28 days as we verify all purchases with all merchants. |
| How do I get paid? |
| All payments are made via paypal. Paypal is free to setup and is one of the most recognised online payment processors. |
| What is the minimum payment? |
| There is no minimum payment threshold. Whenever you require payment simply request it via your account management area. |
| When are payments made? |
| Once we have received your payment request please allow 10 business days for us to complete the administration work and send payment. You must ensure you have added a valid payment address in your profile to allow us to make the payment. |
